ORPR 2026 Camper Application Instructions and Deadlines

The ORPR Camp session begins Saturday, July 4th, and ends Saturday, August 1st, 2026.  First-time campers must be 8 - 14 years of age.

*Applicants staying for all four weeks will be given priority, as this allows for greater continuity and program cohesion.

1. Complete the ORPR Camp Application below, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. Then, submit the application. If you have multiple children applying, reload the page after completing each application, and apply for each one separately.

2. To complete this application, you will need a copy of your medical insurance card, which includes the medical insurance number. (INCLUDE A COPY OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF THE INSURANCE CARDS)

3. Please download, complete, and upload the State of Illinois Children's Health Form and the Orthodox Church Information Sheet. They can be found at the following link: Form Upload

4. A $150 + (2.9% + $0.30 processing fee) = $154.65 deposit is due at the time of application. Camper application pricing is listed below. Please, go to the following link to submit your tuition payment: Deposit and Tuition Payment

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 2.9% + $0.30 PROCESSING FEE DOES NOT APPLY TO PAYMENTS MADE BY CHECK.

5. Once all of the above materials and payment are received, your child's application will be reviewed. Please note that ONLY complete applications will be considered. You will be notified by email within 3 weeks of a decision of acceptance or denial.

• Note on Session Length: Preference will be given to campers staying for the full 4 weeks. Due to this priority, 2-week applicants may expect to wait longer to receive a final response.

ORPR Camp reserves the right to refuse admission to any party.

6. Applications and full payment are DUE by May 31, 2026.  As we are anticipating a large number of applications for this session, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible so that we may process it and reserve your child's spot upon acceptance.  We will not "hold" a spot for a camper who has not completed an application in full and has not paid in full by May 31, 2026.  After the May 31 deadline, a $50 nonrefundable late fee will be charged on any tuition that is not paid in full.

Please note:  No refunds will be issued once a child has started camp, regardless of the amount of time that is left on their tuition contract.
